A.I. Helper! ChatGPT Can Help You Create Content for Your Business

I didn’t write the below how-to article—ChatGPT did.

Have no idea what I’m talking about? ChatGPT is an incredible new open-source artificially intelligent bot that interacts in a conversational way—and it’s all the rage right now because it’s shocking what it can conjure up with us humans entering only a few keywords.

According to its makers, “The dialogue format makes it possible for ChatGPT to answer follow-up questions, admit its mistakes, challenge incorrect premises, and reject inappropriate requests.”

It’s already being used widely. Media site BuzzFeed recently announced that it’s using ChatGPT to create new puzzles, games, and other features on its website (reactions from its staffers to the announcement have been mixed). Students have flocked to the site to get help with papers (or write near-complete papers—which is already proving problematic for some educators). And one public relations executive told me in Tucson that she’s used the tool to create foundational language for press releases, which she then edits and jazzes up.

No doubt the bot’s applications will continue to grow, but in the short-term, and while it’s still free to use, ChatGPT can be a powerful tool for shortcutting your social media content creation. I’ll let ChatGPT say in its own words how best to do this. And don’t worry—this will be the one and only bot-written article on The Zing Report!

I entered the query: “How can ChatGPT help business owners create social media posts?” And here’s what it came back with in under 45 seconds:

ChatGPT can help you write social media posts by providing suggestions and ideas for content, helping you craft engaging captions, and even generating complete posts based on your prompt. Here are a few ways you can use ChatGPT to help with your social media posts:

  1. Generate post ideas: If you’re stuck on what to post, you can ask ChatGPT for suggestions. For example, you can ask, “Can you suggest some post ideas for a fashion brand?” and ChatGPT will respond with a list of ideas.
  2. Write captions: ChatGPT can also help you write captions for your posts. Simply provide a picture and ask ChatGPT to write a caption for you.
  3. Complete posts: If you have an idea for a post but need help putting it into words, you can ask ChatGPT to complete the post for you. For example, you can provide a prompt such as “Write a post about the benefits of meditation” and ChatGPT will generate a complete post based on that topic.

And here’s a poem it wrote in under 10 seconds when I put in the query “poem about gemstones and how everyone loves them.”

EFFY rose gold and diamond ring

Gemstones, oh how they shine and sparkle bright, Adored by people of all ages, day and night. Each one unique with its own hue and gleam, A symbol of beauty, power and esteem.

From rubies red as the fire within, To sapphires blue as the calmest of winds. Emeralds green, like the earth below, And diamonds, so brilliant, they seem to glow.

These precious stones, bring joy to one and all, For they represent love, strength and standing tall. Their allure has captured the hearts of many, And in jewelry, they will forever be plenty.

From royals to commoners, they all share the love, For gemstones, they are a gift from above. So whether in a ring or a necklace so fine, Gemstones are beloved, now and all time.

Pretty amazing, right? Let us know if you end up using it in your business, and for what purpose! Try it here.
