Welcome to Zing Zoom, our video series that features bite-sized video interviews with some of the industry’s most interesting, delightful and dynamic members!

This week we’re talking to Melissa Quick, president of Chicago-based independent fine jewelry retailer Steve Quick Jeweler, which over the years has become a trend-setting small business and a much-loved member of its local community (and once closed for the day to take its staff to Lollapalooza!).

The shop specializes in designer fashion jewelry from incredible creators including Margery Hirschey, Anthony Lent, and Sholdt—but is famously one of Chicago’s friendliest retailers: “The point of being a neighborhood store in a city of neighborhoods is to meet the neighbors,” the Quicks wrote on their website. “So come by!”

Sit back, relax and enjoy this Zing Zoom with Melissa Quick!
